I havent been called back yet, going on 4 days. I was getting nowhere with the main number prompts, even the Spanish line kept spitting me out. This morning, right at 7:55 am I tried the San Francisco number 415-351-7400. I dont think is is the EDD as they have continued to constant hire people to be able to fully assist.
